Microsoft today has announced that it plans to lower the prices on several of its most popular Xbox 360 titles before the launch of Sony’s Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii systems. The first 2 games being PDZ & Kameo that will be re-released this October with the lower price tag.

New Test Drive Unlimited Demo
The new demo will be released today, featuring new vehicles, new challenges, longer play time and a host of other enhancements. TDU is scheduled for release September 5th 2006.

Another thing you could do is make one for yourself, quite easily.
Head over to happcontrols.com for the
joystick and the buttons - and pick up a real arcade stick, then buy yourself some wood, or a plastic box (preferably) to mount the thing in and solder up the connections to a 360 controller PCB (carefully)..lol.

You'll have to wait until next Wednesday for Texas Hold 'em to appear on XBLA - it'll be free for the first 48 hours, then cost you 800 points to continue with the full game.
Microsoft have confirmed a couple of other titles to follow:

High-definition graphics and enhanced gameplay designed specifically for Xbox Live Arcade makes this version even better than the original from 1982. No GoW Demo prior to launch
Epic Games have said that they are NOT going to release a demo version of 'Gears of War' before the November launch date, so that they can concentrate all their efforts on completing development of the retail game - and the good news - they'll be releasing some extra downloadable content after launch (surprise surprise).... oh, & by-the-way - the retail game will cost ya $59.99.
